Pricing: All prices displayed on the Site are in Euros (EUR, €) and, for orders shipped within the European Union, include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). For international orders, prices exclude customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Availability: Product availability is subject to change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer you a refund or replacement option.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Hamburg, Germany, in accordance with the rules of the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS). The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date” at the top. Your continued use of our Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
