This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.mbclothacc.com (the “Site”), operated by Tom Tailor Retail GmbH (“Tailor Boys”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

We ship to addresses worldwide. Please read this policy carefully to understand our shipping practices, timelines, and costs.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., holiday sales, Black Friday) or promotional events, processing times may extend to 5 business days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

4. Shipping Carriers

We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery of your orders. Our primary carriers include:

  • USPS (for shipments to the United States)

The carrier assigned to your order will depend on your shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Link to the carrier‘s tracking portal

  • Estimated delivery date

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we are unable to ship to the following destinations due to carrier restrictions, customs regulations, or logistical limitations:

  • Cuba

  • Iran

  • North Korea

  • Syria

  • Crimea Region

  • Russia

  • Belarus

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders shipped outside of the European Union:

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer (the recipient). Tailor Boys does not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

  • Customs policies vary widely by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

  • To avoid delays, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Incomplete addresses may result in the package being returned to us, and you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

For orders shipped within the European Union, all prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable, and no additional customs duties apply.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Tailor Boys takes great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, once the package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors, family members, or your building‘s mailroom.

  2. Wait 2–3 additional business days, as carriers may mark packages as “delivered” before they are actually dropped off.

  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

  4. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at retail@mbclothacc.com within 10 days of the “delivered” status.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged package and product(s) before discarding any packaging.

  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at retail@mbclothacc.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

  3. Keep all original packaging and contents for inspection.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Stolen Packages: Tailor Boys is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are stolen from your delivery location. We recommend that you:

  • Use a secure delivery address (e.g., workplace or delivery locker)

  • Request signature confirmation upon delivery (additional fee applies)

  • File a police report for stolen packages

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If you realize that you entered an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at retail@mbclothacc.com.

  • If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the address.

  • If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. The package will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. You may contact the carrier directly to request a delivery change, but additional fees may apply.

  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

10. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, we may split your order into separate shipments. This may occur if:

  • Items are stored in different fulfillment locations

  • Some items are on backorder

  • We want to ensure you receive available items as quickly as possible

You will receive separate shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers for each shipment. No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments.

11. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier operational delays

  • Customs clearance processing

  • Public holidays

  • Peak season volume
