Return policy

1. Return Policy Overview
At Tailor Boys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Please read this policy carefully before returning any product.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip).

The item must not be a final sale or clearance item (see Section 5 for exclusions).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Items that have been washed, altered, damaged, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact our customer support team at retail@mbclothacc.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the return shipping address.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Ship the return package using a trackable shipping method. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.

Please do not send returns to our corporate address unless otherwise instructed by our customer support team.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider‘s processing times.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost incurred by Tailor Boys may be deducted from your refund.
If your refund is rejected, we will explain the reason for rejection. You may request that the item be returned to you at your own shipping cost, or we may dispose of the item after 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after approval, please check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at retail@mbclothacc.com.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Underwear, socks, and other intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

Swimwear with the protective liner removed

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on the product page)

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Customized or personalized items (unless defective)
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at retail@mbclothacc.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
For size or color exchanges (non-defective items), we recommend that you return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
7. Sale Items
Regular-priced items are fully eligible for return under this policy. Sale items may be returned unless marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page. Please check the product listing before purchasing sale items. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or we sent you the wrong item, Tailor Boys will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us for a prepaid return shipping label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you use an untrackable shipping method.
9. International Returns
For international returns (outside of Germany), you are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” on customs forms to avoid additional charges. Tailor Boys is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred on return shipments.
10. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed for shipping. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at retail@mbclothacc.com with your order number. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible, and you must follow the return process outlined above.
